I first met Tammy when I came to Israel for Heidi's sister Rebekah's wedding.  The pictures I have attached are from my visit to Israel with my wife Jen (girlfriend at the time) back in 2006 I think. This was also the last time that I saw Tammy.  It's not that we lost touch, but in all honesty, we weren't ever that close, except when I came to visit because she was basically part of the family.  I know that her and my cousin Heidi were practically family and so even though I didn't keep in touch with her as much as I did with Heidi, when I came to visit, Tammy was always with us and when we were all together, it was like she was part of our family.  I remember Heidi telling me that she was so grateful for having Tammy around back when they both lived on Shivtei Israel in Yafo. Heidi was always a very independent woman, but I think that having Tammy around was like her having some family that was always close. They both looked out for each other. The pictures are from one evening that we all had some fun at a Kareoke bar in Tel Aviv, and one picture is of Tammy taking a picture of me with her Camera on Rabekah's son, Pele's Bris. The last one is of all of us.

Both Jen and I were very sorry to hear about Tammy and we send you our deepest condolences.

May her memory be a blessing.

I’ve only been in touch with Tammy these years through Facebook but I first met her at P.S.3, she was a teacher. I the parent. Even though my kids did not have her for a teacher she was readily acceptable, calm and wise with a beautiful smile. She loved her students and her colleagues.

So sorry for this loss.

Tammy and I were good friends in NY and after she returned to Israel, over twenty years. I love her still.

My thoughts and prayers are with her parents and sister.
